Our body room is shared by three therapists who hold sports therapy, lymphatic and pre-natal qualifications between them. You'll be paired by request — same therapist every visit, or a fresh perspective if you'd like one.
Pressure is calibrated in three bands: light (pre-natal, lymphatic), medium (recovery, deep-relaxation), firm (deep-tissue, sport). We won't go past the band you booked unless you ask.
