Anna has spent the last decade refining a method she calls "draft and dry" — every haircut is sketched into the hair on dry strands first, before anything is washed. The conversation is unhurried: hair shape, growth pattern, your last six weeks of weather and what you want for the next six.
Colour work goes through a 48-hour patch test for first-time clients, and we hold colour-only days on Tuesdays so the room never smells of developer when you're booked for a quiet cut.
